Please note the following regarding our measurements: • How We Measure: All dimensions reflect the widest and/or tallest points of the design. • Precision: Because every piece is finished and touched by our team, slight variations may occur, but we always measure to the maximum outer edges. Because each piece is custom-made, production times vary based on the complexity of the design. Typically we can have your metal design ready for pickup or shipment within 3-5 business days, however we will provide an estimated timeline once your order is confirmed.

To ensure your design is perfect, we include one complimentary revision with every custom or personalized order. Additional design updates may be requested at a rate of $5 per revision. *A revision includes minor adjustments to layout, font, adding or removing an element, name change/spelling, or sizing within the original design concept.

What material do you use? We use high-quality 7g steel, chosen for its durability and aesthetic appeal. Every piece is handled and finished by our team to ensure it meets our standards before it leaves our shop. Thicker gauge steel have better durability and slightly better noise reduction properties.
