Product Description
Steel Rail Introduction
Steel rails are the main components of railway tracks. Its function is to guide the wheels of rolling stock forward, bear the huge pressure of the wheels, and transmit it to the sleepers.
Rails must provide a continuous, smooth and least-resistance rolling surface for the wheels.
The cross-section shape of the rail is an I-shaped cross-section with the best bending resistance, which is composed of three parts: rail head, rail waist and rail bottom.
In order to enable the rail to better withstand forces from all aspects and ensure the necessary strength conditions,
the rail should be of sufficient height, and its head and bottom should be of sufficient area and height. The waist and bottom should not be too thin.

Packing And Shipping
(1) The rolled rail should be straight without significant bending or twisting. The local bending and torsion of light and heavy rails and their corrected deformation, as well as the inclination of the rail end faces, etc., must not exceed the standard requirements.
(2) The surface of the rail should be clean and smooth, without defects such as cracks, scars, scratches, etc.; its end surfaces should be free of shrinkage marks and interlayers. The allowable defects on the overall surface of light and heavy rails and the extent of their geometric quantities shall not exceed the provisions of the standard.
(3) Performance and specifications comply with relevant standards ordered by customers.
